Participants understand and agree that basketball is a physically demanding sport that involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, and contact with other players, equipment, or the playing surface. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and safety during the event. It is recommended that participants have appropriate health insurance coverage to address any medical expenses that may arise due to injuries sustained during the event. Organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event. Participants are advised to warm up, stretch, and wear suitable attire and footwear that provide adequate support and protection. Organizer is not liable for any injuries resulting from inadequate preparation or improper equipment. Participants understand that the event may be photographed or recorded, and they grant Organizer the right to use these images or recordings for promotional purposes. By participating in the basketball event, participants confirm that they have read and understood this disclaimer and voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation. Participants also release Organizer from any liability, claims, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with the event.
